We have the expertise to programme and organise complex contracts, meeting completion dates without detriment to quality and with the minimum of disruption to our clients existing occupants and on-going business.

Our Contracts Management team are fully conversant with the requirements of acting as principal contractor under CDM Health and Safety management and receive periodic updating and, if required, training from our Safety Advisors, who also carry out site health and safety audits to ensure we are in compliance with our contractual commitments.
